VentureBot is an official agent of AgentDAO. The Service may include the use of VENTUREBOT tokens, which are digital assets available through the AgentDAO platform. By using VENTUREBOT tokens, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to digital assets and cryptocurrencies. VentureBot is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of VENTUREBOT tokens.
VENTUREBOT tokens can be purchased at https://app.agentdao.com/bsc/dna/details/venturebot.com. By purchasing VENTUREBOT tokens, you also agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions set forth by AgentDAO.
In no event shall VentureBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VentureBot and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
